Our passion is to improve patient care across the globe. We are focused on recruiting qualified Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Healthcare Professionals to work in Dubai & the U.A.E Hospitals.
This section describes the types of information we collect via our website or other platforms to assure the smooth provision of services. The candidates who sign-up on our platform may upload a range of documents on our system to apply for jobs. We can acquire information from all the uploaded documents like curriculum Vitae, etc. In addition to this, we can acquire information from another online platform like LinkedIn, etc. The collection of information takes place only with your ‘consent’. Significantly, upon collecting the information, our candidates are notified within a maximum of 30 days about the type and nature of the information collected along with the clear description of intend to retain and process your data.
Our platform works in close collaboration with third parties including business partners, sub-contractors and employers within the UAE and Dubai. We may provide access to your information to the third party (i.e. employers) to process your candidacy and employment application.
We also collect information that you provide on our platform. This information includes but is not limited to your email address, phone number date of birth, etc. while signing up for an employer or candidate account, or while submitting your data to enter our database or while filling any type of form on our website.
Providing Access to Your Data
Doc2Dubai may share your personal information with the employers accessing our database. Additionally, your personal information is accessible by third parties, which includes:
- Subscribers of Doc2Dubai SMART System.
- Healthcare Recruiters and HR team to smooth employment procedures.
Additionally, the employers’ may also acquire your data from previous employers and educational institutes to request for recommendation letters, experience letters and other relevant documents. This is to ensure that the candidate is not involved in any criminal activity and is eligible to get employment in UAE.
Significantly, the personally identifiable information and data collected via our website will be accessible even outside the regions of the European Economic Area (EEA). Thereby, Doc2Dubai assures GDPR compliance to the fullest extent possible.

- Doc2Dubai accepts its role as a ‘data processor’ and nominates IMG Advisors as a ‘data controller’ in accordance with defined terms by the GDPR framework.
- Doc2Dubai acknowledges that the collection of data of service users is the basic requirement to ensure the smooth provision of services. The effective collection of data is essential to process the data smoothly and transfer it to the third parties for application procedures.
- Doc2Dubai pledges that each shred of information collected via our website is kept safe and is securely disposed-off when no longer needsed.
- Doc2Dubai pledges to comply with GDPR in both our existing and future processes, in our regular contractual service and while dealing with service users and ‘data subject’.
